      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and content developers to create effective technical learning materials
      - Oversee the design and development of various learning assets, including eLearning modules and hands-on labs
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement strategies with business priorities
      - Implement Agile methodologies to manage content creation and delivery timelines
      - Monitor content quality and effectiveness, iterating based on feedback and metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in instructional design or technical content creation, with at least 3+ years in a management role
      - Strong technical background in public cloud platforms and DevOps practices
      - Proven experience in technical enablement or training within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
      - Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
      - Experience managing external vendors and optimizing operational budgets

      - Passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a creative culture
      - Experience with partner enablement programs and tiered certifications
      - Familiarity with measuring learning effectiveness and reporting on enablement ROI
