What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the structured rollout and adoption of MRD testing within the assigned territory
- Educate healthcare providers on the clinical utility of MRD and integrate it into patient care pathways
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve or exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key oncology accounts and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or a related healthcare sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong clinical acumen with the ability to communicate scientific data effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively (50-75%) within the assigned territory
