What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the launch and adoption of Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) testing within the oncology portfolio
- Deliver educational presentations on MRD and molecular oncology to healthcare providers
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet sales goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key oncology accounts, including community practices and academic centers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or a related healthcare sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate scientific data effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively (50-75%) within the assigned territory
