      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a strategic partner to the Sales team, leading technical discovery and crafting compelling demonstrations
      - Guide prospects through complex evaluations of Conga's solutions
      - Mentor junior Sales Engineers and contribute to product feedback loops
      - Help shape Conga's go-to-market strategy by influencing product innovation
      - Accelerate sales cycles and deliver value-driven solutions to solve business challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role
      - Deep understanding of SaaS solutions, enterprise applications (Salesforce, Dynamics, CPQ, CLM), and APIs
      - Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
      - Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger Sale
      - Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and team events

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Conga products or similar platforms (e.g., document automation, contract lifecycle management)
      - Ability to map complex data structures and articulate their impact on business processes
      - Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier)
      - A process improvement mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities to scale and optimize
