What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a business development sales structure across the Northwest Operating Area to execute growth strategies
- Refine and lead recapture and conversion programs to grow service business through new opportunities
- Cultivate relationships with key customers and consultants while identifying and developing new business prospects
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive sales initiatives and manage national account RFPs
- Participate in the handoff process to identify and implement changes for improved conversion standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferred
- Proven sales management experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales management and/or general management experience
- Industry experience preferred but not required
