      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead long-term sales planning in collaboration with Sales Leadership, Merchandising, and Planning teams
      - Analyze weekly sell-through results to identify trends and performance drivers
      - Present strategic sales summaries and forecasts during monthly business reviews
      - Innovate reporting tools and processes to improve decision-making visibility
      - Support seasonal launch logistics to ensure successful execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Planning, Merchandise Planning, or a related wholesale-focused planning role
      - Strong background in analyzing sell-through and retail metrics
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables) and Tableau
      - Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence partners at all levels

      - Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
