Job Description:
Implements and manages social media and content assets across social media platforms, websites, emails, digital asset management (DAM) system and emerging platforms. Enforces standard operating procedures and governance models for digital marketing content to ensure consistency and compliance. Provides training and support to digital marketing team members and stakeholders on social media and content best practices. Designs visually appealing and brand-consistent content for various digital platforms. Creates and curates engaging content that resonates with the target audience, including posts, stories, and videos. Ensures all social media content aligns with brand identity, voice, and messaging standards. Develops strategies to increase audience engagement, including interactive posts, polls, and Q&A sessions. Monitors social media performance metrics and provides regular reports on engagement, reach, and effectiveness of content strategies. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Gathers feedback from the audience and adapts content strategies to improve engagement and effectiveness. Stays updated on social media trends and educates team members on trends and best practices. Communicates updates on ongoing projects and addresses concerns that could impact the digital team or priorities. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and best practices. [Required]
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills [Required]
• Proven ability in collaboration, problem-solving, using data to derive solutions, communications, and presentations, and operating successfully despite uncertainty or ambiguity. [Required]
• Proven ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced and complex environment, execute large projects, and work under multiple and competing deadlines. [Required]
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with leaders and team members. [Required]
• Ability to manage and set expectations throughout content lifecycles to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables. [Required]
• Proven ability in producing successful content and performance. [Required]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
• in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field
Work Experience:
• 2+ experience in social media and content strategy experience [Preferred]
• 4+ of experience. [Required]
• Experience working in health care or corporate setting [Preferred]
• Proven experience with digital asset management systems. [Required]

Pay Range:
$60,151.66 - $111,886.39
