What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with clients and customers to understand their marketing needs and resolve escalations independently
- Maintain accurate communication records and provide proactive reporting on support actions
- Coach customers and advertising partners in creating compliant brand content and documentation
- Review marketing materials against established guidelines to determine reimbursement eligibility
- Perform quality control checks on work to ensure accuracy and compliance with program guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of agency or related experience
- Proven technical competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and social publishing platforms
- Exceptional client and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience with multimedia digital platforms
- Some remote work experience and ability to work independently
