      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive processes with internal teams to manage overall health of assigned accounts in compliance with service level agreements
      - Act as a consultative partner to manage day-to-day contract activities for multi-million-dollar accounts
      - Utilize strong relationships with internal and external partners to support assigned accounts
      - Proactively communicate account health to account managers and customers
      - Deliver quality resolutions by interpreting customer problems and applying appropriate solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUPS)
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and resolve complex issues
      - Proven experience in customer, sales, or contract administration support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years’ experience in account management or administrative sales support
      - Experience with contract management and knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations
      - Salesforce experience preferred
      - Energetic self-starter with a passion for delivering excellent customer support
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
