What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and improve enterprise talent acquisition workflows and standards for efficiency and scalability
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) and ensure data integrity and system optimization
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design solutions to enhance hiring processes
- Deliver operational reporting and dashboards, providing insights on key performance indicators
- Develop and conduct training for recruiters and hiring managers on TA systems and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or recruiting systems roles
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes and metrics
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred)
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management certification (PMP or similar)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent)
