What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and recruit top talent while consulting with hiring managers to refine expectations and improve processes
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Enhance the hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers through effective communication and support
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions and maintain relationships with passive candidates
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Teams
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing platforms
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional customer service abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Corporate, sales, and/or higher education recruiting experience
- Multi-state, multi-site recruitment experience
- Familiarity with iCIMS and UKG systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze candidate skills in relation to job requirements
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
