      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full-cycle recruiting for staff and administrative roles
      - Draft and post job ads; review resumes and conduct candidate screenings
      - Coordinate interviews with attorneys, managers, and candidates
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires from offer acceptance through Day 1
      - Maintain accurate pipelines and candidate records in the ATS

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience in a professional services environment
      - Minimum 3+ years of experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Prior onboarding coordination experience strongly preferred
      - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused with strong interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience placing professionals in non-temporary roles, serving in a consultative capacity
      - Familiarity with DataPeople and/or Payscale ATS platforms
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
      - Self-motivated professional capable of managing competing needs effectively
      - Professional, discreet, and committed to confidentiality
