What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and coordinate clinical and frontline staff schedules using a web-based scheduling program
- Manage time-out requests and float coverage, including approval and denial of requests
- Utilize automated technology to enhance scheduling efficiency while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ensure schedule completeness and communicate effectively with staff and managers
- Manage and approve clinician requests for schedule changes affecting patient visits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in a related field
- Ability to frequently lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Proficient in keyboard use and data entry
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in workforce management or staffing coordination
- Familiarity with web-based scheduling programs or automated scheduling technology
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting
