What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads and develop outbound pipeline strategies to secure new business
- Engage with growth companies of up to 100 employees to promote the employer's software solutions
- Maintain organized and timely updates within the CRM to track sales activities and opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value of the employer's offerings
- Collaborate with team members to support overall sales goals and share best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of sourcing sales meetings through outbound prospecting
- Consistent achievement of stretch sales targets through creativity and organization
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a recruiter or in Recruitment Operations, with familiarity using tools like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Previous sales experience targeting Talent Acquisition professionals
- Background as a top-performing inbound and outbound Business Development Representative (BDR)
