What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and expand relationships with key ISV customer accounts to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute account strategies to deliver strong financial results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities
- Conduct consultative sales cycles focused on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in major account or strategic sales
- Proven ability to manage highly analytical products and solutions for customers
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on cross-selling and upselling
- Demonstrated experience in developing account strategies based on data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with telecom companies, including CPaaS, SMS aggregators, and global communications platforms
- Background in quantitative industries such as DevOps, Fintech, or security
- Familiarity with software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS sales
- Experience selling through ISV partners
