What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, manage, and close complex sales cycles, including prospecting and negotiating contracts
- Deliver compelling presentations and business cases to executive audiences
- Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional account teams to enhance client experience
- Mentor and support the development of junior account executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- 5+ years of successful full-cycle SaaS sales experience, including enterprise-level acquisition
- Proven track record of executing complex deals with Fortune 1000/Global 5000 organizations
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and the modern SaaS sales tech stack
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in work management or project management
- Additional language proficiency relevant to the territory
- Familiarity with methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or Question-Based Selling
