What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership and direction to strategic large prospects and customers during the pre- and post-sales process
- Conduct sales activities including prospecting and developing opportunities in large/strategic accounts
- Ensure successful rollout and adoption of products through strong account management and coordination with support resources
- Generate qualified leads and develop new customers in collaboration with strategic channel partners
- Prepare activity and forecast reports, contributing to root cause analysis on wins/losses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven enterprise sales experience with a focus on large organizations
- Ability to work under minimal supervision on complex projects
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Experience selling software development tools or security/App Sec tools preferred
- Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company’s travel policy

- Familiarity with Git and Application Lifecycle Management tools
- A strong desire to ensure customers benefit from their investment
- Established relationships and proven sales techniques
- Experience with consultative sales approaches
- Ability to use GitLab effectively
