      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to align total rewards strategies with business goals
      - Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation programs
      - Collaborate with global benefits teams to ensure effective and compliant benefit offerings
      - Monitor and analyze total rewards programs using data analytics for continuous improvement
      - Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal governance policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
      - Minimum of 10 years of related experience in total rewards or HR consulting
      - Proven experience supporting global business units in a complex, matrixed organization
      - Deep knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices and regulatory environments
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with German businesses and understanding their regulatory frameworks
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with financial indicators to inform business solutions
      - Ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones
