      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and manage training programs for National Accounts, Regional Sales, and Oncology teams
      - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams
      - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create training materials that reflect the sales process
      - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments
      - Assist in the planning and execution of various training classes and sessions for new hires and existing employees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS degree required
      - 3-5+ years in sales with IDN account management exposure
      - Experience developing and implementing a successful training program
      - Knowledge of acute and non-acute healthcare markets and customer challenges
      - Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and SFDC

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in instructional design
      - Working knowledge of adult learning principles
      - Sophisticated knowledge of healthcare buying and contracting processes
      - Proven sales track record
      - Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level presence
