      Compensation: $60,000 - $68,000 / year

      The candidate will work within the subrogation unit to review new potential subrogation claims and maximize recoveries across Auto, GL and Property lines of business.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Manage and oversee caseload of 200-250 claims
      • Resolve subrogation claims by conduction through investigations by obtaining and reviewing all necessary file documentation
      • Prepares comprehensive and detailed subrogation demands
      • Negotiates recovery of claim funds via email and telephone
      • Responds promptly to communications from clients, customers and other insurance companies and/or attorneys
      • File and respond through Arbitration Forums
      • Performs other duties as assigned


      Skills, knowledge & expertise
      • Possess strong verbal, writing, and analytical skills;
      • Possess strong attention to detail;
      • Possess strong organizational skills;
      • Is proficient in MS Word and MS Excel;
      • Possess the ability to work independently;
      • Function equally within a collegial group depending upon the project or data;
      • Possess appropriate interpersonal skills; and
      • Possess and maintain a professional and consultative demeanor

      Education and Qualifications

      The ideal candidate will need to:
      • Possess a college degree
      • At least 5 years of subrogation claims experience
      • Prior experience in claim handling as a desk adjuster or field adjuster preferred
      • Willing to travel upon request
