      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee day-to-day subrogation activity managed by third-party partners
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for all third-party subrogation vendors
      - Monitor vendor workflows, deadlines for demands, negotiation activities, and escalations
      - Track open subrogation files, recovery status, and aging demands
      - Collaborate with internal teams to provide updates, insights, and data on subrogation activity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in claims, subrogation, operations, or a related field
      - Two to four years of experience in subrogation, auto property damage, casualty, or similar claims work
      - Strong understanding of liability, comparative negligence, and recovery principles
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with or coordinating external subrogation partners
      - Familiarity with claims systems, arbitration forums, or subrogation workflows
