      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development gaps and collaborate with various departments to deliver customized training
      - Onboard new employees and manage learning management system content, ensuring adherence to training requirements
      - Partner with vendor organizations to schedule and implement new training initiatives
      - Design and maintain a quarterly learning calendar for training sessions
      - Provide reports to leadership on training progress and trends while managing enrollments across platforms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of professional training and development experience
      - Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for degree
      - Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages, both spoken and written
      - Intermediate mastery of business applications and productivity suites
      - Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to travel between worksites regularly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models, such as ADDIE
      - Experience with e-learning tools and administration of learning management systems
      - Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment
      - Exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for marginalized populations
      - Resilience and self-regulation in navigating challenges and obstacles
