What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage potential customers through door-to-door sales and community interactions to present company offers
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Deliver informative presentations about products and services to potential customers
- Identify and resolve issues during the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or a retail environment, preferably in telecommunications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- Experience presenting complex product offerings to customers
- Familiarity with door-to-door sales tactics and customer engagement strategies
