      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage and achieve sales targets through door-to-door and community interactions to promote the employer's latest offers
      - Conduct post-sales follow-up with customers to ensure exceptional experiences
      - Present and explain complex product offerings effectively to potential customers
      - Address customer inquiries and facilitate their transition to the employer's services
      - Utilize advanced negotiation skills to secure sales agreements and exceed targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven sales role
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
      - Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
      - Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification
      - Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification
      - Experience in door-to-door sales tactics
      - Strong adaptability to modify sales approaches based on customer needs
