      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide analytical and technical personnel services related to classification and pay for various divisions/regions
      - Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Unit to solve personnel-related issues
      - Conduct research and analyze information to address challenges in human resources
      - Assist in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies
      - Support the coordination of training and development assignments as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eligible for appointment and have authorization to work in the United States
      - Background investigation clearance required prior to hire
      - Must complete the State Examination/Employment Application (STD. 678) accurately
      - Minimum qualifications as specified in the Class Specification for Analyst I or II
      - Ability to communicate effectively and work in a diverse team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in human resources or talent acquisition
      - Familiarity with classification and pay analysis
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Knowledge of state civil service processes and regulations
