      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support full life-cycle recruiting for Corporate and Project Operations positions
      - Support with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer preparation, and new hire paperwork
      - Kindly engage with candidates who have questions about the company, job opportunities, benefits, and interview process
      - Provide administrative support with posting jobs, collating resumes, and scheduling candidate screens and interviews
      - Drive the company's Spring, Summer, and Fall internship programs, including recruitment and program management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3+ years of professional working experience in recruitment or other administrative roles
      - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Must be organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail
      - Must be a team player and can adapt to change
      - Must be able to exercise confidentiality and discretion when dealing with data and sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
      - Previous experience working in a Talent Acquisition function
      - Working knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems
