      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take ownership of junior and early-career requisitions, managing the process from kickoff to offer acceptance
      - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles
      - Source candidates through various channels, including internal networks and job boards
      - Manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on Jobvite, supporting system workflows and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer-facing, operations, HR, or internal support roles; exposure to recruiting is a plus
      - Strong interest in full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition operations
      - High attention to detail and comfort working with systems and data
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Legal authorization to work in the country of hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in recruiting or Talent Acquisition operations
      - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
      - Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to feedback and learning
      - Experience working in a global or collaborative environment
      - Demonstrated curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement
