      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Greet and assist internal and external individuals in the Human Resource Division
      - Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls appropriately
      - Organize and perform timely interview scheduling and related travel arrangements
      - Administer employment testing as directed by recruiters
      - Compile and send new hire packages and maintain candidate profiles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of one year of successful administrative experience in a Human Resources Direct Service Center or comparable setting
      - Experience with interview scheduling
      - Proven customer service skills
      - Ability to multi-task effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with limited supervision
      - Excellent knowledge of company policies and procedures related to talent acquisition
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and use independent judgment
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Experience in banking and/or financial institutions
