What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring all participants have necessary information
- Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including candidate management and onboarding support
- Coordinate references and background checks to meet global compliance measures
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and patience when working with diverse individuals and time zones
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong coordination and planning abilities
- Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a venture-backed software or tech startup environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools
