      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support Talent Acquisition Specialists with scheduling phone screens, skills assessments, and interviews
      - Coordinate pre-employment screening processes, including background checks and reference checks
      - Manage the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
      - Conduct I9 verifications and maintain compliance with DHS requirements
      - Oversee the organization and maintenance of Talent Acquisition team documents in SharePoint and Teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of a High School Diploma
      - 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related support experience
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Basic knowledge of Employment Law
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of a Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) in Human Resources or a related field
      - Prior experience with using Applicant Tracking Systems, such as iCIMS
      - Familiarity with calendar scheduling tools and calendar management
