      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage candidate workflow progression once intent is signaled by a Talent Acquisition Partner
      - Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and manage candidate logistics
      - Maintain clean and accurate data across talent acquisition tools and systems
      - Create offers, route approvals, and manage offer documentation
      - Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement of workflows and tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a highly process-driven administrative role
      - Experience working in an ATS, HRIS, CRM, or similar tool is highly preferred
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate across various stakeholders
      - High attention to detail with proven ability to keep systems, documents, and data organized

      - Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
