      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the recruitment and interview process, tracking candidate status in HRIS
      - Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the Hiring Manager
      - Maintain job boards, including LinkedIn and other platforms
      - Act as a resource for candidates by answering questions throughout the hiring process
      - Assist supervisors with job board research and prepare correspondence as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
      - Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and/or equivalent experience preferred
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
