      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and direct talent acquisition efforts to meet recruitment targets and enhance workforce planning
      - Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools
      - Monitor business growth and create pipeline strategies to fulfill current and future staffing needs
      - Partner with hiring managers to establish qualifications and conduct preliminary candidate processes
      - Provide training and professional development to managers on recruitment best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 8 years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience, with 5 years in a leadership role
      - At least 3 years of management experience and expertise in business analytics
      - Proven track record in large corporation recruitment initiatives, preferably in hospitality
      - Strong knowledge of federal, state, and city employment laws and recruitment best practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PHR/PHR/SPHR or SHRM Human Resources certification
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems, especially Workday
      - Demonstrated success in implementing recruitment strategies in high-volume environments
      - Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
      - Strong project management skills and ability to lead key business initiatives
