      Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
      Location: Columbus, OH
      Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000

      The Superior Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead the full life cycle recruitment of our Corporate and Project Operations positions. The Manager will source candidates, serve as an ambassador for our company, and help prospective employees navigate a seamless interview process. Additionally, the Manager will foster strong relationships with leaders across our business to help them grow their bench of talent. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Manage full life-cycle recruiting including, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for open Corporate and Project Operations roles
      • Partner with hiring leaders to understand recruiting needs and business objectives
      • Find creative ways to continuously improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
      • Track metrics and use data to identify trends/opportunities for improvement
      • Stay up to date on innovative recruiting trends and practices
      • Provide insightful market data that assists with decision-making
      • Manage job postings and candidate touchpoints through our ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
      • Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities, including attending career fairs and other recruiting events

      • You're organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail
      • You're a team player and feel comfortable collaborating with colleagues across all levels of the organization
      • You're able to exercise confidentiality and discretion when dealing with candidate data and sensitive information

      Your Expertise
      • You have 5-7 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, either as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter
      • You have proven expertise in building and executing creative sourcing strategies
      • You have hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, on-site interview coordination, etc)
      • You're familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
      • Bonus points if you're familiar with Talent Acquisition in the construction industry
