What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics in the HRIS system
- Analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes and improve candidate experience
- Cultivate relationships with educational institutions and community organizations to attract talent
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience, focusing on technical roles
- 2+ years of experience in a government contracting organization or related GovCon experience
- Proven success in developing strategic recruitment initiatives and community relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR
- Experience recruiting software developers, AI and ML professionals, and cybersecurity experts
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar HR platforms
- Demonstrated ability to implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent
