      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead full-cycle nationwide recruitment for clinical and non-clinical team member roles across multiple company entities
      - Implement and manage automation for recruiting and onboarding processes
      - Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, turnover drivers, and time-to-fill metrics
      - Collaborate with HR and department heads to support succession planning and talent investment strategies
      - Manage job postings and employer value proposition responses on various job boards and company websites

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
      - 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
      - Experience in healthcare recruiting is highly preferred
      - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Paylocity preferred) and recruiting tools
      - Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
