What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit and evaluate external candidates through various sources and techniques
- Collaborate with College Relations channels to attract entry-level talent
- Engage candidates and internal partners throughout the recruiting and selection process
- Implement the national talent management strategy for existing vacancies
- Coach and advise internal client groups to influence action and decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of full life cycle, high volume, corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Creative sourcing and pipelining experience, including social media platforms
- Ability to influence strategy and provide mentoring and counseling
- Experience with researching, generating, and converting searches into a qualified candidate pool
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong networking skills and connections in the industry
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior recruiters
