The Senate Sergeant at Arms is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner III. Serves as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes, policies, and procedures; provides expert interpretation of employment policies, laws and regulations. Acts as a strategic partner to stakeholders to ensure alignment of talent acquisition process with departmental goals. Serves as subject matter expert in sourcing and engaging top talent through various channels to meet long-term organizational needs. Proactively analyzes recruitment metrics and trends and makes recommendations for executive decision-making and optimizes recruitment processes. Develops, implements, and executes recruitment outreach strategy, branding efforts and hiring events. Maintains and updates recruitment tools, resources and systems and technologies to support talent acquisition. Participates and interview panels and makes recommendations for the selection of applicants. Builds and maintains a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs. Other duties as assigned.
