      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders, aligning business strategy with talent strategy
      - Manage the full lifecycle of executive recruiting for director-level roles, including search strategy and candidate engagement
      - Build authentic relationships with candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
      - Utilize data and insights to drive equitable hiring processes and surface diverse talent
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to design offers and achieve hiring goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to director-level roles
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
      - Curiosity and humility, with the ability to apply feedback quickly
      - Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or applicant tracking systems is a plus

      - Experience in executive recruiting or talent acquisition within healthcare or related industries
