      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement talent acquisition strategies and processes in collaboration with HR Business Partners
      - Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across multiple business units
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
      - Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience
      - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering roles
      - Proficient in using HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS), with UKG Pro experience being a plus
      - Proven success in managing complex recruitment processes across multiple locations
      - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

      - Experience supporting the creation and implementation of new talent acquisition processes
      - Ability to manage and recruit for diverse position types, including senior leadership and technical roles
      - Familiarity with campus recruiting efforts and employer branding strategies
      - Strong aptitude for learning new systems and technologies
