      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, interview, and refer qualified applicants for posted positions
      - Counsel prospective and current associates regarding employment procedures and processes
      - Compile and report confidential and statistical data related to recruitment
      - Support and facilitate adherence to system and department policies and standards
      - Utilize SAP and other databases for research, applicant tracking, and new hire processing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
      - 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
      - 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to communicate effectively with clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven successful skills in a proactive approach to recruiting
      - Knowledge of diverse sourcing techniques
      - Strong technical knowledge with the ability to plan and control projects
      - Experience collaborating with clients to develop products and services
