What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with hiring managers and operational leadership to develop and implement strategic hiring plans
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and selection
- Develop a qualified applicant pool through various sourcing methodologies and partnerships
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws while maintaining accurate recruitment records
- Represent Talent Acquisition in committees responsible for recruitment strategies and tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven project management skills and the ability to make sound decisions with limited supervision
- Experience leveraging technology to enhance recruitment processes
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of electronic spreadsheets and word processing
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives across all employee levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related fields
- Knowledge of employment laws relevant to talent acquisition
- Familiarity with various sourcing methodologies and strategic recruiting programs
- Experience with HR Information Systems or Applicant Tracking Systems
