What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Utilize traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement
- Deliver and negotiate employment offers while maintaining applicant tracking systems
- Build and maintain networks to maximize recruitment resources and opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or human resource experience
- At least 1 year of experience using an applicant tracking system
- Experience supporting client groups in a Fortune 500 corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Proficiency in business and communication software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
