What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates for various roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Lead and manage the candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Up to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business roles
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and tailor recruitment strategies
- Proficient in modern sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience in a dynamic or startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms to enhance recruitment processes
- Strong understanding of employer branding and community engagement strategies
