      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with hiring managers and region leaders to confirm staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
      - Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure successful hiring partnerships and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
      - Post job openings and source candidates using various recruiting resources, networking, and social media
      - Manage the candidate selection and interview process, including scheduling onsite interviews
      - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience with full-cycle healthcare recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
      - 2+ years of experience recruiting healthcare clinical and managerial roles
      - Proficient sourcing experience required
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization
      - Experience working with applicant tracking systems and sourcing on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
