- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in a Talent Acquisition, ideally with experience in agency and in-house recruiting
- Experience recruiting for mid to senior level roles in a software or technology company, across different functions
- Experience driving the recruiting process by leveraging systems and data (ATS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting tone and message to audience (from peers to executives)
- Experience with pre-employment assessments
- Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies in recruiting process and candidate selection
Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent, working closely with hiring managers to source and close candidates who are a great fit for our company and culture. They will focus on mid to senior level roles, managing candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is goal-oriented and results-driven, has a high level of integrity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
