What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for entry to mid-level technology roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven insights to attract top technology talent
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Leverage ATS tools and recruitment analytics to make informed hiring decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in recruiting technology talent across diverse roles
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Excellent communication skills for setting expectations and providing feedback
- Experience using platforms such as Codility for technical assessments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting for technology roles in a SaaS or PaaS company
- Familiarity with Workday as an ATS tool
