Overview
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, supporting their workforce needs by delivering timely, high-quality talent. In this role, the Recruiter collaborates closely with leaders to understand business priorities, workforce plans, and the specific requirements of each open position.
The Recruiter proactively builds and manages talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates by leveraging a variety of sourcing strategies, including the applicant tracking system, job boards, social media platforms, Boolean search techniques, and targeted outreach at recruitment events. This role primarily supports high-volume, entry-level hiring, requiring the ability to efficiently manage large applicant pools while adapting to changing hiring demands.
Throughout the recruitment lifecycle, the Recruiter maintains consistent, clear, and professional communication with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure an efficient, positive experience and the selection of top talent.

This position is primarily remote. Employees must maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment and have access to a stable, secure, and reliable internet/network connection to effectively perform job duties and protect sensitive information.
Occasional onsite presence is required for recruiting events, which may occur during weekdays, evenings, or weekends. Recruiters are expected to attend onsite events as business needs require.
