- Proactive Pipeline Management: Build and cultivate a robust candidate pipeline of both passive and active talent for current and future opportunities.
- Full-cycle recruiting: From source to offer you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles for our East Region including specialized and senior level positions.
- Exceptional candidate experience: From the first contact through onboarding, you'll ensure a seamless candidate experience that embodies our scale with soul credo.
- Employer Brand Ambassador: Promote our employer brand, positioning our firm as an employer of choice in the industry.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand core job roles and pipeline requirements. Provide insights on talent trends, compensation, and competitive data.
- TA Operations: Collaborate with the Head of TA to enhance Talent Acquisition practices and implement scalable processes that elevate our function.
- Experience: 8-plus years of full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including A&F, technical, and leadership positions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Advisory services or public accounting industry experience is highly preferred.
- Tools & Metrics: Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and innovative sourcing tools. Experience maintaining relevant KPIs and metrics to measure and improve recruiting strategies and hiring processes.
- Communication skills: Superb communication and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build strong relationships with leadership and hiring managers as a trusted partner.
- Strategic mindset: Passion for building and refining recruiting processes in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Regional hours & Travel: Flexibility in your role includes the expectation of occasional travel to our East Coast offices and team events. Ability to work East Coast hours is required.

Position Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Senior for Springline's East Region, you'll play a vital role in the company's rapid growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. In this position you'll own the entire hiring process, partnering closely with our leadership team and key stakeholders to understand their business needs, while designing and executing a strategic approach to recruiting. You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience along the way. In collaboration with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll partner with our founding firms to integrate and elevate our recruiting practices to establish a world-class Talent Acquisition function.
