      Supports business and client objectives by applying professional judgment to identify prospective candidates, develop and maintain talent pipelines, and contribute to recruiting initiatives aligned with current and anticipated organizational needs. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting and resource management environment, this role requires the ability to evaluate candidate alignment, adapt sourcing approaches based on evolving priorities, and balance competing demands in support of business outcomes.

      As part of a high-touch organization, this role delivers thoughtful, professional candidate experience while exercising discretion in assessing qualifications, formulating recommendations, and supporting effective alignment between client needs and consultant capabilities. The role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and senior recruiting team members to support recruiting strategies, contribute to process improvements, and ensure talent efforts remain responsive to changing business and market conditions.

      Core Responsibilities

      Talent Sourcing & Recruiting

      • Meet assigned productivity and performance objectives by aligning sourcing and recruiting activities with business priorities and client demand.


      • Build and sustain high-quality talent pipelines through the strategic identification, engagement, and relationship management of prospective consultants and operational candidates.


      • Coordinate and manage end-to-end sourcing activities supporting current and anticipated hiring needs, including referral outreach, candidate screening, job posting administration, resume evaluation, and accurate documentation within applicant and job management systems.


      • Apply a variety of sourcing channels and recruiting approaches to attract, engage, and maintain communication with prospective candidates.


      • Review candidate applications and exercise evaluative judgment to assess qualifications, experience, and overall alignment with evolving operational and client requirements.


      • Analyze market competitiveness by benchmarking candidate profiles and skillsets against relevant industry peers.


      • Develop and communicate well-supported recommendations regarding candidate disposition and proposed next steps.


      • Apply discretion in determining candidate inclusion, prioritization, and continued engagement within active talent pipelines.


      • Assess sourcing effectiveness and provide recommendations regarding the allocation of recruiting funds for paid advertising.


      • Research industry trends, competitor practices, and talent market conditions to inform sourcing approaches and candidate engagement strategies.


      • Leverage recruiting technologies, industry tools, and professional networks to support the attraction of high-caliber and diverse talent.


      • Support senior recruiting team members on targeted initiatives by contributing candidate identification, outreach coordination, interview logistics, candidate submissions, and follow-up support.


      • Represent the organization's value proposition and employment offerings through consistent, professional, and personalized candidate engagement.


      • Synthesize rapidly changing information and apply critical analysis to candidate evaluations, sourcing activities, and recruiting priorities.


      • Maintain and expand working knowledge of organizational services, client needs, and the healthcare information technology landscape, including platforms such as Epic, Cerner, and MEDITECH.


      • Apply sound professional judgment in identifying, sourcing, and recommending candidates aligned with organizational and client needs.


      Internal Team & Process Support

      • Contribute to Talent Acquisition team goals through collaboration, knowledge sharing, training support, and recognition of team contributions.


      • Maintain accurate, compliant, and current candidate documentation through effective use of applicant tracking systems, reports, dashboards, and auditing methods.


      • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, participate in cross-functional initiatives, and support the development of scalable recruiting infrastructure aligned with business needs.


      Additional Responsibilities

      Required Qualifications

      Education

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


      Experience

      • Typically, 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or workforce planning, preferably within consulting, healthcare IT, or professional services environments.


      • Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously.


      • Demonstrated experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.


      Knowledge

      • Proficient knowledge of:


      • Recruiting principles, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methodologies.


      • Healthcare information technology market and consulting workforce models (Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH experience preferred).


      • Talent market dynamics, competitive benchmarking, and workforce trends.


      • Employment branding and candidate engagement best practices.


      Skills

      Able to:

      • Work successfully under general direction and with latitude for independent judgment.


      • Proficiently use Office Productivity and Collaboration Tools (e.g., O365, applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and productivity tools.


      • Apply strong analytical and evaluative skills with the ability to assess candidate fit and market alignment.


      • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, professional approach.


      • Manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.


      • Research and synthesize data to support informed recruiting decisions.


      Technology

      • Have reliable internet access and sufficient speed to perform the job satisfactorily.


      • Have a secure, private remote office space.

      Travel, if required:

      • Able to: travel by car, bus, plane, or train; transfer self among airports, hotels and customer sites; transfer luggage up to fifty pounds from home to airport and hotel; lift/carry/push/pull up to fifteen pounds of equipment to and around customer sites; move from one space to another such as cubicle, conference room, restroom, clinical areas, reception/admit areas.


      Salary Range
      $65,000 - $74,000
